Kristina Ray, Rajgelj was born in Slovenia, and started playing guitar and composing while in High school.
She still remembers the day when she heard Ela Fitzgerlads and Louis Armstrongs take on Summertime, and just that song took her on a journey of exploring soulful jazz. After studying jazz in Ljubljana and as well in Rotterdam, Netherlands she decided to move to New York, where she lives now.
